Tile & Grout Cleaning

Moisture can get trapped within grout, making your tiled floors and walls a breeding ground for mold and mildew. Once the mildew begins to spread, it can cause your grout to crack. We thoroughly clean grout and tile to prevent the spread of mildew.

Service: cleans, brightens, and sanitizes tile and grout

Duration: varies depending on job.

Cost: varies depending on job. Please contact us for a price.

What is the High Quality Low Moisture Cleaning Method?

We use a process called Low Moisture Cleaning. With Low Moisture Cleaning, dirt and allergens are trapped (encapsulated) in the cleaning solution and easily removed when vacuumed.

Why don't you steam clean?

We do not use a “steam clean” process. When you steam clean a carpet, you flood the carpet fibers with water and then try to extract as much dirt as possible. Unfortunately, this can cause multiple problems to your carpet, such as shrinking and stretching. Plus, it can cause mold and mildew to occur in the carpets if they take too long to dry.
