Troy cleaned my wool area rugs in January after my dog was sick, really sick. I was not optimistic about getting all the stains out, but Troy worked patiently and managed to remove every stain. The rugs look perfect! I hired him a second time to clean other rugs and some upholstered furniture and he did a great job on them, too. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
